Kelly Faro-Harvey kelly@mdhighways.org Director, Administration Education and Information Coordinator. Responsible for Contract Information in Newsletter and web site maintenance. Contact person for Traffic Managers Training Course, Erosion & Sediment Control "yellow card" and Design Course and Green Card Classes.
